Shipping and Delivery

We fulfill eligible orders through our local overseas warehouse network to provide faster processing and a more reliable delivery experience. Local inventory support allows us to reduce handling times and improve shipping efficiency for customers in supported regions.

Under normal conditions, standard delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on the destination, carrier schedules, customs clearance where applicable, and other transportation factors.

For customers who require faster delivery, expedited shipping may be available, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days under normal operating conditions.

Please note that delivery to certain remote islands, rural locations, or hard-to-reach areas may be limited or unavailable. In some regions, customers may be required to collect their package from a designated local pickup point or carrier facility.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available so customers can monitor the delivery status of their package.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
